I'd say masturbation only becomes unhealthy or detrimental to a person if their life revolves completely around it. If you're unemployed and spend all day everyday tugging away and looking at pornography, as well as, lets say, blowing off social arrangements etc in favor of masturbating, then obviously its an issue.

yes, babies and toddlers can be seen touching themselves bc its not necessarily for sexual desire, they just realise that touching themselves in that area feels good -do some research on it. not everyone watches porn when masturbating, but thats also acceptable as long as its not an unhealthy porn (by that i mean illegal, violent, derogatory)
