Well if you revise you do tend to be better in exams therefore making you more intelligent.

Pretentiousness doesn't equal intelligence.
...well, I hope my IQ improves over time, as I'm a teen and that's when IQ scores are most volatile.

I'm sure it will, but remember that IQ only measures a person's reasoning ability... not their worth or value as a human.
