Messed up submitting my course- what to do?

Hi all,
I'm in a dumb predicament in which I accidently omitted two words from my finance application (which is now submitted), but which may change alot (idk how these things work).
Basically, I put my course as straight politics instead of politics and ir- dumb I know, you don't need to chew me out. Do I need to change it, or do I just stay quiet?

Oop further edit- I need to send the evidence in, is it worth sending the form in with the evidence or just sending the form because I'll have to start again with evidence and stuff?- does this make sense?
