You can say Hello, just as long as you follow it up with a question, something quirky or a joke. I find skipping the hello part is smoother unless you need to catch the persons attention first. This is why saying hello on any type of text is awkward but in real life it is necessary.

Errr I'm not too clued up on interacting with strangers on social media. I say hello or hey or whatever fits. I don't think about it too much.....seems a bit fake and artificial.

If a person I'm talking to finds me saying hello as 'boring' and would rather me come up with ridiculous witty BS just for their entertainment then....well they need a hobby.

Maybe I come across as reeaaaaally boring or having no personality on here. :dontknow:

Or, in other cases, will just stop speaking to you one day even after you have met several times. One guy who I was seeing on Tinder for 3 months turned out to still be with his "ex" girlfriend after I did a social media snoop!

etc. Great fun from the chats but very few actually watched south park

Don't see the point. When you are at uni, you are bound to get hook-ups left right and centre in your block. Swear down, Tinder is useless and full of unwanted STD's

not necessarily, if you struggle to get laid before uni, you'll struggle @ uni.
