Look at their exam results, Ofsted report etc. I can't really help as I'm from South East London and I'm also in Year 10 btw.

P.S Join the current Year 10 thread

Isn't Croydon more South East though? South West London is like Battersea, Puntey etc.

(Suggested A levels for banking/investment banking)

If you would take those, King's Maths School would be good.

How far would you travel?
it looks far will take me 1 and a half hours from where I live

im going to saint olave's next year and i live in east london so the journey is about 1hr and a half. its got really good results and has a good reputation for oxbridge+medicine offers (think they had 66 offers this year, 39 being oxbridge). i dont mind the journey as i go to southend everyday for the past 5 years and i think if you have to make a journey to school the best time to do it is at a level because thats when it really matters.
have you thought about private schools? they offer bursaries so that could help.
I did think about private schools and told my mum about it but she said its all about the grades I get at the end of my GCSEs and besides she is fed up of me so I might get into boarding that I dont mind:smile:
