You could make 4 valid points on just the headline and if you gave enough detail get full marks.

You definitely will NOT get full marks if you have not mentioned the subheadline the question specified that you had to mention it. However, I do not see the use in dwelling on that now. It's over. Realising your mistakes and worrying about them will NOT improve your mark. Concentrate on other upcoming examinations so you do not make stupid mistakes like this one in the future.

also I believe the grade boundaries for English are pretty low for AQA.
You can make plenty of mistakes and still get a high grade.
