Aim for restaurants so you can get those tips, however keep in mind that some restaurants simply share tips equally among all the staff members (including chefs and morning shift workers) you don't want that. If possible go for restaurants that don't make you share your tips with others, even though your salary won't be that high (it's restaurant, duh) you will get good tips and in overall pretty decent income.
By the way, room service could be a great option for you as well, they pay you good tips there
