Is there a PDF of the corrected paper yet? there was one for paper 1..

what was the guy called?
Original post by SweetStarlight14
The question didn't ask for a 145% increase though. The maximum length of his skis was 145% of his height - 1.8 being 100%, with an additional 45%.

I may have read it wrong then idk
Anyone knows when we will get work solutions upload for this paper, really want to look at that. Its hard to see how many marks we got becaude we cant see working out which are hard to counts marks.

I got 80.3 and i rounded the angle to 40 (it was like 40.0005..)
Also, i had to round some sides to 3-5 dp because I couldn't do all on my calculator :/

I'm pretty sure they'll accept a range 80.1-80.4 or 80.3-80.4

They are always lenient if in your calculations throughout you round to 3dp (or around that, 2 maybe) instead of using all of the figures.

Yea I'm sure they won't be too fussy as well
Think I got 99!
(Annoyingly missed the - sign off number 23 but hey what can you do)
Did anyone get 46 for colin's car? Also what was the answer to the circle arc perimeter question??
Could you put the questions and marks please

Could you put the marks for the question up?
Original post by danv
Yeah it was quite easy.

What answer did you get for the last question?
no thats wrong, you would just do 1.8 multiplied by 1.45. 4m sounds ridiculously too much. 200% would be double his height 145% increase is just multiplying height by 1.45

Oh f**k, I got 47.5! How did you get that? I used 1/2absinc, cosine rule and then sine rule - and triple checked it

thats what i got! you were supposed to minus the 30 i think people forgot and thats why they got 80
Original post by hello654321
yeah because its a cubic function

i thought i got it wrong because people said it was a curve. but it would only be a curve if it was a quadratic
Original post by glebp
It was in between 3 and 4, so it cant be 4.20, lol
