can someone please let me know how many researchers we need to include for an addiction essay!

oh yeah I heard about the gender topic...did they repeat the question from last year? and I thought it was okay but I think I might have screwed up a bit in the aggression question....oh well xxx

It depends on the question

Schizophrenia is actually a nice topic and the questions are pretty straight forward i think, just a few things:

-issues- just remember to link to validity and/or reliability of the definition and/or the diagnosis and what impact that has e.g. misdiagnosis, labeling, research etc
-bio and psych explanations-just remember to directly link to the question i.e. what effect does this have on whatever the explanation, can bio really explain schizophrenia?
-bio and psych therapies- you must to link to the effectiveness and appropriateness using specific studies or evaluation which demonstrate this and perhaps compare bio to psych and vice versa

Any other major/important points I've missed out?

Do we need to know about concurrent, face and construct validity for research methods?

These are how you increase internal validity right?

i've just found some essay answers for 10 mark addiction questions but they don't include any researchers? you have to include them right?

(Not needed but it looks good) for bio, psych explanations - You can conclude with the diathesis stress model that argues both nature and nurture as vital in the onset of Sz

I would say stick with addiction just because you might panick and think all this media stuff is too hard to learn in a few days. Im pretty sure you could remember bits of addiction like learning theories. Even if you learn one study per essay its fine because you can get more marks for eval anyway its only 10 mark questions.

One guarantee is the 10 mark scenario just lean one study for peers age stress and youre guaranteed 10 marks as that always comes up.

then you have a 4 marker which im sure you could answer.

So the only real hard bit is the 10 mark essay which like i said just learn one study and some eval and you should be fine.

say it's the biggest marker you can get (idk is that 10/12 marks?) how many do you need? please reply asap i need to start writing the essays

so you think i'd being alright with one study for each? (thank you btw, it seems a lot more doable after hearing that)
my only concern is that loopas essays are SO long and detailed with multiple studies, so should i pick just one from each and learn it?
