How do I do this?

I have my ICT notes that I have made and now I need to memorise it all, I know memorising is not the best, but understanding ICT topics is stupid, it just doesnt work. So how can I memorise these. The link below is to a pdf for notes for 1 topic. There are 4 more pdf's like that, that I need to memorise, any tips/advice? I have given myself 3 days, I revise for about 6 hours a day.

I don't know if this works for everyone but try reading it aloud as if you're talking to someone and then after you've read it, rephrase it aloud without looking. If you're able to rephrase what you just read correctly, then move on to the next part. It really doesn't take that long either.
