The point being made was that if all Christians 'worship' Jesus then Muslims are no different as they place Mo on a pedestal as if he is superior to everyone else. If you did not, then you wouldn't feel the need to mention him in all of your prayers. But you do. Mo is everywhere just like Jesus.

omfg!
we guys literally pray directly to jesus
you stand there on your knees in front of some like statue of jesus (in the churchs i've been to anyway).

we *don't* do that.
fgs get it through your thick head it's not the same thing so stop trying to make it the same thing.
Yeah we *mention* him in our prayers to god, do you even know what we say when we *mention* him, we just ask god to send blessings on the prophet pbuh that's all. That's literally it.

Yeah he's superior to all humans but he's not *part* of or on par with God in any way!!

*you guys
there are over 1 billion Muslims around the world what is the ned to go find a on muslim
Lots of them do though.
I think the real question here is why would a non Muslim want to date a Muslim girl in the first place. And I don't mean muslim as in "oh my parents are muslim but I'm only 'officially' muslim. I still drink alcohol and have sex". I mean devoted Muslims that pray, fast and won't let you bring home pork. What's the point? You'd have so little in common

One of my friends who is muslim actually says they technically aren't allowed to date in the first place. Idk that's true or not though

Muslim girls like those you mention lead double lives. In front of their parents they pray, fast, play innocent etc. When they're out with their friends they do exactly the same as non-Muslims because they want freedom of expression. They drink alcohol and have sex just like everyone else, hence why it doesn't take a stretch of the imagination to see that they would also be dating non-Muslim guys too. At face value, maybe they don't have a lot in common but because Muslim girls are always behaving in front of their friends as if they aren't even Muslim, non-Muslim guys easily fall for the facade. These Muslim girls probably don't even hang out with other Muslims in the first place and always socialise with non-Muslims. They've probably developed a lot in common with non-Muslim people since they were young.

Muslim people aren't allowed to date. Neither are they allowed to drink alcohol or have sex before marriage, but they do those anyway. Dating isn't such a big deal compared to sex and alcohol so there are a few Muslim girls who openly date but don't have sex or drink. I consider those girls a lot more honest and trustworthy about their intentions instead of being two-faced like the girls who pray and fast but are secretly drinking and having sex behind closed doors.
I'm a Muslim girl and I've been in a long-term relationship with my Hindu boyfriend. I don't really care if he drinks, eats pork etc, we have differences in terms of what we believe and what we do (like I fast during Ramadan, he doesn't), it doesn't effect our relationship in any way. Our beliefs are different but our love is the same (as cheesy as it sounds!)

That's what leftists tell me, finding a barbaric/medieval cult despicable is racist. So when muslims want nothing to do with infidels same rules apply.

Well m8, clearly the same rules dont apply as we can see quite clearly from the creation of threads where non-muslims are lamenting and crying over the fact that their muslim love of their life wants nothing to do with them. Life sucks huh

As someone who has been through a lot of break-ups with Hindu girls for simply being Muslim - I'm interested to know what the two of you have in common despite your differences of belief.

We're both huge thrill seakers, so most of our dates revolve around that. We both love watching movies, going out with friends and we have a similar sense of humour. Our communication is good too. I don't think religious beliefs have ever been an issue, although once we did discuss if we were to have children would they be Hindu or Muslim. He said he didn't mind them being raised as Muslims as long as when they were old enough they learned about the Hindu faith too. It's all about compromise, but as people, I'd say we have a lot in common (aside from religious beliefs) x
this isnt true for all muslim girls..........

Well it sounds like you've got a nice thing going. You can always look to SRK and Gauri Khan for inspiration. I guess inter-faith relationships just work better for some people more than others.

Haha, thank you  you said you have had a lot of break ups with Hindu girls simply for being Muslim? Can I ask how that worked out? :s-smilie:

Not well. Last Hindu gf I had ditched me after 4 weeks cos I'm Pakistani and she didn't want a "time-pass" relationship. ***** could have told me that before we dated and slept together. My other exes who are also Hindu have left me for the same reasons and coated it with loads of BS excuses instead of being honest with me. After 3 months together (about 8 years ago) my ex said she didn't want to go out with me any more cos I'm Muslim - and then she proceeds to start going out with another Muslim guy within a week. WTF. Basically none of them were willing to compromise to make an inter-faith relationship work like I was. Which is why I'm surprised you have a good thing going on with your bf.

I suppose it just depends on the person, I'm sorry to hear you've had some awful relationships but I think it's just the girls you were with that weren't willing to make it work. I'm sure you'll find someone who's willing to work for it

Well it's experiences like mine that really damage a person's attitude to girls and relationships. Hence why I'm now of the mindset that relationships are total BS, not worth the effort for anyone and the only thing I need a girl for is p***y. Why waste my effort on a girl when she'll just throw it back in my face and play stupid games to spite me, including emotional blackmail which lots of my previous girlfriends have also tried. Girls refuse to compromise on anything so a man has got to stick up for himself and look after his own health. Basically don't catch feelings. These hoes ain't loyal, they rotate.

That can be a pretty harsh way of looking at things, don't base your future relationships on things that have happened in the past because not all people are the same. I was cheated on before I met my current boyfriend, leading to huge trust issues and my boyfriend now is left to pick up the pieces and things can be hard. Not all girls are the same and we don't all play mind games and try and manipulate guys. Good luck finding a girl for you
