I'll be back in England in August.

But for now I am in Africa and everyone breaks their fast at 5:30 over here.

Plus the weather is cool and breezy.

I am blessed.



ME too! I am in Africa so we always break our fast at 6:15 here. Wre fast for almost 12 hours

it does! we do it for a whole month so you kinda get used to it i guess ahah

whats really weird is that my cousin still works out in the gym whilst fasting! now thats dedication :smile:

mine is longer :K: we start at 1:20am and end around 9:20pm
Any fitness gurus here know the best way to workout and lose weight while fasting?

samosas, rolls, squares... it all looks the same
even if you ask for something diff like idk ... an ACTUAL MEAL you get a free tray fulla fried food - its a unique deal! lol
