Terrible handwriting?

Basically, the last few years my handwriting has become really complicated to read. When we peer assess in class I end up having to mark my own work in the end because people in my classes can't understand it! However, in all my mock exams I managed to get As and A*s. So I was wondering are teachers and exam markers used to bad handwriting? Will it affect my grades that much?? I know it's a bit late considering I have 4 exams left, but the post exam stress is settling in already.
Should be fine as long as the examiner can make out the word! Don't worry about it - think how many papers with dodgy handwriting they mark each year! Good luck with the rest of your exams

i knew a girl who had to use a magnifying glass to write as she wrote so small and her teachers needed to use one to read and mark her writing!

Wow! Was it not impractical to constantly use a magnifying glass whilst writing?
I'm currently doing GCSEs and I have a friend who types up all her exams on a laptop in our exam hall because some people can't read her writing.
my writing is terrible, its so messy and barely readable but exam boards have handwriting specialists so they will pass it onto someone else if they can't read it, they won't mark you down

my teachers would use scare tactics to try make me change and tell my parents but its honestly bs as i got the same in my mocks lollll as you did

Don't worry, my handwriting is awful and my teachers always told me they save my work till last because they have to inspect every other word lol but i'd imagine exam boards would do the same, get a specialist to carefully read each word rather than read it like a book as they enjoy with most scripts
They can't mark you down- the worst thing they would do is pull it out of scanning to read it infront of them. i think they have to tick that they have read every parapraph
