Absolutely bloody horrendous! Look at the syllabus for an idea:

Hope that helps!

In my opinion it's not that hard but it depends how good you are at maths, especially algebra. If you're getting A*/A at GCSE you should'nt find it too difficult. Also, if you've done further maths GCSE it's a good insight into AS maths.

LOL A Level maths is basically every topic i hate in Maths put in to one whole level of Veteran style questions.

FML.
I wouldn't recommend doing it if you achieve a B or below at GCSE
Not that hard tbh, especially if you do FSMQ, that makes it literally 10x easier
It's fine if you get A/A* at GCSE and work hard.
I'm planning on taking FM at A Level, so is it recommended to look at a bit of the stuff during the summer or not?

A Levels are overrated lmao, unless you went to get into medicine or something across that field science is good if you want to get in to uni.

Universities don't care about your subjects with exceptions of some specific ones, they just care about the GRADES. I'd chose the most easiest A Levels bang out A/A*'s and get in to an amazing university and do the course you love...

Simple. Don't put so much stress on your self, enjoy your summer don't even look at work!

Do it. Im already revising C1. It's pretty easy its not a big jump from GCSE. Once I've finished the C1 syllabus I plan on moving to C2 & FP1 before I start In September.

No they don't. Some A-levels are valued higher than others. Eg maths and further maths are valued WAY higher than, say critical thinking and general studies, since in some schools critical thinking and general studies is mandatory and accepting them would give an unfair advantage to other students who don't have the opportunity to do them.

Oh okay  Our school is setting us compulsory maths work over the summer (:colonhash:) so if I finish that quickly, I might look over C1, C2 and FP1. The other stuff looks too complicated to self-teach tbh :colondollar:

It's all relative to the person, and how good you were at maths at GCSE

There's LOTS of resources out there. If you don't get something go to a different resource and do it there. It's really not complicated once you understand things like notation etc.

It'll depend on the person, obviously, but since you asked for personal opinion:

It's a joke. It requires zero thought, mathematical creativity or ingenuity. Literally a free A*A*. (with FM included)

If I had the choice between slamming my penis in the car door and doing it again, I would only be doing maths once :P
