does any have any tips to remember the anions and cations tests for Chemistry 3 ?

You can try using rhymes to remember the colours, but honestly, I think we may just have to remember them.

they've already done that before, doubt it

Not on the current spec they haven't have They?

This is brilliant! So for my overall Science GCSE, its 20% Biology, 20% Chemistry, 20% Physics and 20% ISA? I need to make 100% sure so I don’t get confused whatsoever. And that’s brilliant! A-Levels going well?

25% for each exam. I did core last year in year 10, so still doing GCSEs.

Besides if it doesn't come up at the 6 mark question there's a very good chance of it being a 5 mark question

Any predictions i think the six marker may be on carry out tests for Sulfates etc...

Yeah i think 2013, and 2014 was calorimetry
6 marker predictions for C2 and C3? My guess:

C2 - Electrolysis / Bonding Structures / Factors affecting reaction rate
C3 - Periodic Table Then vs Now / Haber Process (how everything is compromised) / Ion Testing

What do you guys reckon?
Does anyone have key notes for c3 I'm really stressing, yh I understand that I had to manage my time and all  but I have too much pressure from those around me so it put me off studying. Anyways enough bout me , but I'd be so grateful if anyone could produce some notes.
Does anyone know if the 2016 january papers exist? and if anyone has access to them? would be great practice.. I know aqa doesn't publish them but sometimes they still make them ??
So how did everyone find C2 and C3?

I personally didn't like C2 because of that weird 6 marker!
I liked C3 though

I thought C2 was very nice, didn't think C3 was too bad either!

Thoughts on C2 and C3 grade boundaries? I think 51 for C2, maybe 43 for C3

C2 was pretty easy.
C3 was easier was C2, but I know that a lot of people didn't like C3 for some unknown reason.

Hopefully it'll be on how to carry out a titration 🙋🙋

Thank god it was! How did you find it?

Posted from TSR Mobile
C2 was literally the most easiest paper ever. Definitely 50 marks minimum. C3 however came across as a bit odd, still got an A/A* but rocket science compared to C2.

C2 was great I loved it best paper but C3 I had slight queries but lets hope for the best good luck
It's great to hear that everyone liked the papers

I preferred C3 a lot but I don't think I did THAT BAD in C2

honestly I feel Chemistry has had the best papers so far, despite barely being prepared for C2 and 3 yesterday ahaha

I'm glad everyone else found it went well yesterday, not long to go now and exams will be OVER! Physics tomorrow, good luck everyone!
