Was that 100% still right because I still don't get it? I did 0.8x4.2x16.4 how many marks do U think for this?

to me that sounds right, you simply had to use that equation. the answer im sure was not in the 1000's

but the next past said that the reaction was endothermic ah im confused now. everyone i asked also got 212J ah

I got the same, the next question said it was endothermic

I had 3444 and it looked logical (normally, the numbers go into the thousands).

thats fine but upon using the equation the number i recieved was something like 50, now thats potentially wrong but still?

Nope it was 100% definitely exothermic! It said in the qu! Stop making people worry unnecessarily, if you don't know for definite, don't say.

I know for definite, it said endothermic.
Guys- if it said endothermic it was the further additional paper, if it said exothermic it was the C3 paper

ahh, no i see i used the mass of alcohol not the mass of water
simple mistake but i've lost those three marks now

You will only lose 1 mark if u did that

It was definitely, 100% exothermic. I'm absolutely sure.

Ahh well. We can't change it now anyway. All will be revealed in August...

Something with methane in it and an oxygen with three bonds I think

ahh okay that explains a lot then

there were two paper and i think it chemisrt unit 3 it was exo and in chemistry futher additinal, it was endo
the bond energy question was +212 guys dont kniw where you are getting -1270, it was an endothermic reaction as it said so on the paper after it

You don't rearrange the equation though, I think it'd one for correct things used in equation, one for using equation, one for result.

I'm sorry I meant
1 mark for Finding the temperature change
1 mark for substituting the values
1 mark for finding the correct answer

Hopefully I get the first mark

Well this is all just confusing

For how is methane produced can you say from crude oil

FINALLY someone else who wrote this!!!
Original post by Sierra-
I put animals like cows/cattle as they produce alot of methane. Friends put natural gas and biogas too
