I know this is gonna sound fu*king crazy, but whenever you have the urge go sit with your family or just be at a place where there are people.. I do that cause I had a serious addiction to it all and I've been 'clean' for about 3 months now which for me is like AMAZING.

My opinion is not from any stereotype my opinon is from people i have known closely and the experiences they shared with me ... Plus not masturbating leads to higher testoterone levels which makes u more attractive and masculine to women google "No fap "

Im a muslim guy and i tried to control my self a long time and kept telling my family that i want to get married but it seems like they werent keen on it till i finish uni but i eventually gave up and went and had sex with my girlfriend i know ive commited a big sin but i just realised that having sex is a crucial part in having a happy and healthy life.
