Hey guys i did my papers with a blue ballpoint
Is that okay?

Didn't you read the instructions? USE BLACK PEN!!
To answer your question, your paper will be marked. My teacher has marked a few C2 papers that were written in pencil

You dont lose marks for using the incorrect ink, you lose marks for getting questions are wrong or not attempting them.

Examiners dont go "so this person got 62 marks, but because he used blue ink, im going to give him 55 marks instead"

Why would they do that?!?!

Definitely. Even if after scanning your paper cant be read (because of blue ink), your paper will be marked phisically. And you wont lose marks as my teacher marked someone who wrote in pencil and the person got 74/75 (that was a C2 paper btw)
