I am half German and my dad still carries a German passport. It'll cost him £1,200 to get a British one and because of the nature of his work, it may prove difficult for him to find work if Britain is no longer in the EU. He is now contemplating either moving to Germany or Belgium or moving to the Middle East (by himself, whilst the rest of my family stay in the UK). The outcome of the referendum will have a direct impact on my life.
It will also impact me through the likely recession and whatever happens to the ERASMUS scheme on my third year abroad - although this is understandably minor.
However, I'm lucky in that I have dual citizenship so I will be able to travel and work freely should I wish - I can speak three main European languages fluently and can understand a further two quite well.
