The famous Bulgarian yogurt with Lactobacillus bulgaricus only found in Bulgaria
And of course famous кашкавал, (I'm actually having a sandwich with it as we speak :ahee:)

Of course many other, all of which I thoroughly recommend for the lover of fromage!
