What the **** was that.

I did every past paper since 2005 & all the solomon ones, getting 100UMS recently.

I dropped AT LEAST 20 marks GUARANTEED In this. I cant ******* believe it. The highest mark i can realistically get is low B high C.

Honestly never felt so bad after an exam, was on course for A* all year, thats completely gone....

Whilst I was never gonna get an A*, I share the sentiment that wtf was this paper.
I was hoping for around 57/58, be lucky if I get 40 now. There were questions in there that I'd never expected or even seen.

Now C4 as well. Great.
What did everyone get for the tan(A+B) question?

Agreed

1/13 and 3/4
1 y=12x=15

2 4x-4Inx-1/x

3 1/13 and 3/4

4 (i) Show that
(ii) 5/2

5 a=6 b=5

6(i) Sketch
(ii) 0.242
(iii) x= 0.242 and y=-0.133

7(i) any real values of g(x) and f(x) is greater and equal to 3
(ii) f is not a one to one function inverse function of g(x) is x+4a/5
(iii) x= 3a/2 and -5a/2

8(i) Show that
(ii) 4+2root 2
(iii) only pie/6
(iv) 32 sin

Any guess for the grade boundaries for an A*?
Can anyone help me with what i can do about this? I sat my C3 exam this morning and was given a seat that was much higher than my table(sounds stupid so far, i know) but as someone who has suffered from light occasional back pain for a few years, this caused s much discomfort that i was in serious pain throughout the entire exam (and that was with painkillers) does anyone know if there is anything i can do about this?
Sorry for missing one question

All agreed. Think I got something slightly different for the y coordinate in 6ii) but that's because I used the exact root from 6i)

I'm going to say 69/72 - 100 UMS
62/72 - A*
55/72 - A
The four parts of the last question were 4,3,3,2 in that order, but can't remember the graph one

See your exams officer and they will apply for special consideration. You will get a small percentage (maybe 3%, so about 2 raw marks) added on to your total mark. Probably would have been better to say something when you sat down before the exam started.
How many UMS would 69/70 marks get ?
what were the values of tanA and tanB? (not the actual answer)
Difficult paper.
Hopefully low grade boundaries.

Can we get filling this out?

If you mean 69/72 then just 100 UMS I reckon

Tan A = -3 or 4
Tan B = 3

If I remember correctly

For 6(iii) x= -0.242 not 0.242
