Tan^3B was 27 so TanB was 3.

Ah okay, but was tan A correct?

Yeah, I got 0.659?

Yes thats exactly that I got. My memory is just terrible haha
Not sure about your 81.92 me and the people I've spoken to got an answer in the 60's
I got 0.66 radians, and I got 2cos2theta=1/2 and then solved that? Someone who got pi/6 please can you explain?
oh ****
i got tanA=-3/4 and tanB=3
but if i used the equation tan(A+B) instead of tan(A-B) and got -1/11 and -3/5
how many marks will i lose?
ughhh careless mistake!!

4 - you had to write the equations of the curves after reflections in both axes.

What were those answers???

Agree with them all.

7b was either 3 or 4 marks.
Lol, I'm such an idiot. I cancelled -6/-8 down to 2/3 and not 3/4 lol. Dropped a mark for NO reason.
Grade boundaries anyone?
And those putting their answers on here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UH7gSAq-qwB6b09jmJIYIXNAGZD_vg-RYxBE3Ik_8wE/edit
So that they are all in the same place.
for the last one i got 8sin for some reason..

Can anyone help me with what i can do about this? I sat my C3 exam this morning and was given a seat that was much higher than my table(sounds stupid so far, i know) but as someone who has suffered from light occasional back pain for a few years, this caused s much discomfort that i was in serious pain throughout the entire exam (and that was with painkillers) does anyone know if there is anything i can do about this?

That sounds awful, I had tonsillitis last week and i had to apply for extenuating circumstances so i assume you would have to do the same? Tell the exams officer what happened and you will probably need to get a doctor's note to confirm you've suffer from back pain and give the note to the exams officer so they can apply for extenuating circumstances. It's important to tell the invigilators that you're in pain so they can write it down in the invigilator log and you can also ask to sit somewhere else

I got 8sintheta too
0.659 for part b and couldnt do part a so just did x by sinthetacostheta and managed to group it together to get 2

did we forgot to times it by 4?lol
For the question where you have to show the exact values of tan(A-B), what were the 2 equations given at the start? I remember one as sec^2(A) - tanA = 13 but I can't remember the equation with B.

sinBsec^2B=27cosBcosec^2B?
