Someone posted answers a few pages back. There will be some done at some point tomorrow as well
How many marks were 2b?

Agree with all except for 3c which I know I got wrong.

Does anyone know if it specified what form it wanted the normal to f(x) in?

It didn't specify... I remember as I wanted to be certain so I put a sub answer with the rearranged version

For question 3a i put my a value in radians, is that okay? Cant remember if it was in degrees or what.
I'm pretty sure he got question 2b wrong if you draw the graph and use C1 technique you'll find that it's -root5<x<root5

Here is the graph:

The gradient is only positive between sqrt5 and -sqrt5.

Here's a graph of dy/dx to confirm:

Can anyone remind me what the questions were for 5i) and 6a)

5i was the cos4x e^3x question I think, I got 0.16 something like that, and I plugged it back in and it was right.

I wish Edexcel had asked a more creative question then regurgitating one they'd already asked but switching the numbers around as the people who'd have done that paper would've had an advantage :/
for the last question why did i get a=-5 and b=0.5

oh sorry i get you now, i means as with everything online, take it with a grain of salt. best thing to do will be to focus more energy into c4 than worrying what exactly you need to get, getting close to 95% in c4 will get you what you need most likely and you can get that good in two days if you bang it out

Ahah was aiming for an A*, depends how I actually did yesterday (waiting for an unoffical MS with working so I can see) but I don't mind an A as I can retake if I need to. Yeah, I will do that, best of luck for any of your remaining exams!
