Good luck to everyone taking G485 Chemistry tomorrow!
Anyone doing the lovely exam that is OCR salters (B) F335 tomorrow?

I understand the feeling, no matter how hard you try in the run up there are just some things like nerves and pressure that really change the atmosphere of an exam. It sounds like, from what I have read, it was a relatively tough exam but that shouldn't dishearten you  After all, you still have C4 to go and you can never be 100% certain on the grade boundaries anyway!
What is your offer?

My offer is A* in Maths which I'm re-sitting after messing up last year  No wiggle room at all there. Urgh.

Just the A* in maths? I assume you met the rest. What subject btw?

Bio Natsci. I got an A* in biology last year and they didn't seem to care about my old A levels.
How'd everyone find F325? (Chemistry A)

While I was doing it, it seemed quite hard. Now that I think about it, it wasn't that bad.

I can't believe I lost a mark for wrong s.f tho smh

How about you

Ahh do you think you did well overall though?
I made sure I checked all my sig figs and decimal places

Whilst doing it it didn't feel that easy but I had a fair amount of time to check so think I got most things right in the end

Now to just hope for merciful grade boundaries

I think I did. I'm feeling a bit paranoid about some signs (especially in the 4 step mechanism )

Yeah, hopefully 85 for A*
I'm really counting on a A* in chem

Banterous. Went fine, given that I didn't prepare well for it. I'm going to feel bad throwing out like ten untouched past papers that my teacher gave me.

Well preferably lower than 85 but I wouldn't complain or be surprised if it was that
I'm sure you'll get it

How did you find it? I thought it was nicer than last years. Still wish I'd dropped chem though after all this time.
