Interview/Assessment with KFC, any help guys?

Hi all, I got a call today from the manager at a KFC store nearby that I applied for recently. She said that I had an assessment day on Saturday, is there any advice on what to do or even what to expect? Also, what type of clothes should I wear?

Anything would be very helpful, I don't what to expect tomorrow
