Does anyone know if hypothyroidism qualifies for DSA?
if severe it may I cannot confirm though
Only if it causes you to have study needs.

DSA isn't awarded by condition, but by how that condition will adversely affect you, personally, at uni. Everyone who applies is individually assessed to understand their unique set of circumstances and difficulties. People with the same condition might need very different types of support.

If there are symptoms to your hypothyroidism which will interrupt or disrupt your ability to study, how easily you're able to get to campus etc., then you can get assistance via DSA. If your condition will have no impact on your life at uni, then you will not get anything via DSA.

DSA is also awarded only for uni-specific problems. It will not help with problems you would have experienced whether or not you were at uni. For example, diabetics cannot get DSA help to buy diabetic-friendly food.
