Surely hairline isn't too bad. There's plenty of Hollywood hunks with shaved heads, not so much with acne and wonky teeth.
Surely it's acne as there isn't as concrete a cure for that as getting your teeth done?

Someone who isn't ambitious or academic.
But since that wasn't an option, bad teeth. I had horrible teeth when I was younger, but I got braces so they're straight now and look good. Can't stand bad teeth, not just one or two slightly crooked though, that's fine.

Since you can't really control these things, I don't really think it matters. If he doesn't look after himself meaning he doesn't wash his hair and face and doesn't brush his teeth, then that's a big red flag. But if he's just got some wonky teeth and some achne, it's fine.
