EU student - fees, loan... Help !

I am EU student holding a condination offer for 2016/2017 entry. I applied for a loan and I am really afraid what is going to happen after referendum news. My degree is 5 years long. I want to ask can uni change my fees during study and what if I stop receiving my loan after 2 years. I am terrified...

Normally, any changes don't affect current students or at least that happened in the past, however i dont think anyone can 100% confirm what will or won't happen until we do leave i m afraid.
