What did everyone get for that question which was about flipping a coin and we had to say how many ppl downloaded music illegally?

I got 500 for part a- because P(head) is obviously 50%
part b 60- because 560 minus people who got head= 560-500

defo primary as the company itself is conducting the survey
It is secondary because they're getting the data from hospitals not weighing/measuring babies themselves

Yes I got that it's 0.6 + 0.5 = 1.1 - 0.25 = 0.85

Yes!!! Most others at my school got other answers, and I was starting to doubt my method was right.

fairly certain its 6cm, confirmed it with alot of people. 25/ r squared = N/n, idkkkkkk cud be wrong

I'm pretty sure it's right. Revised & practised this exacet type of Q night before.

I wrote 6.02 instead of rounding to 6 is that still correct?
Anyone know the shape of the normal distribution curve? I put 'bell shape' don't know why i couldn't think... [1]
And the question about what percentage lies between 2 s.d
I put 2sd is 0.4 x 2 = 0.8 and got 91.6 % ...
And the question about is it normally distributed? [2]
I put no because it has to be 95% or 99.8%, where as its 91.6%.. [2]

It's primary because the company was doing the investigation and they collected the data so it was first hand

I wrote 100% are between 2 sds. I did mean - &+ 0.8 and saw that all the numbers were between the limits.
did anyone else do that? I had a feeling I did it wrong...
