I feel like crap as usual at this time
Not even two showers can make me clean enough now I just want to have a day where I'm free and haven't got this monstrosity bringing me down 24/7.I'm sick and tired of it and really hope this new paychotherapist is worth it!I really can't take much more of this now, it's gone way out of control and nothing I'm doing is even remotely helping. I don't know why this is happening still, its gonna be with me forever!I'm about to go cry myself to sleep again.So stressed about college tomorrow and I forgot to take my medication! It's just getting worse! Tomorrow is gonna be hell and I'm gonna fall asleep at college too because I won't sleep much now Arrrgggghhhhh!!!!!!!

By the way, that thread you tagged me in got deleted before I saw what was in it.
So we went to the sports centre with year 2 yesterday, and we went on the climbing wall. I got to the top of course
But I can't decide if I actually like rock climbing or not. The thought of it excites me, but when I'm actually up there, I start shaking and find it difficult. Then I woke up this morning and my upper back muscles are so sore!!
And I'm as sunburnt as a pig.
