what does your diet consist of?

what would/do you eat on a day to day basis? would you say you prioritize school work over getting a healthy diet?

By unhealthy eating i managed to go from 7 stone (exactly) to 7 stone and 4 pounds in one week :frown:

Breakfast: Fruit
Lunch: Chicken with Vegetables
Dinner: fish or lean meat with vegetables and rice or sweet potatoes

Drinking: Strictly only water

When I was doing my GCSEs I prioritised my school work over eating healthy...

RICE with lots of meat or seafood with veg - basically asian food.I always gain loads of weight during exam season because I stress eat with lots of junk. Then after I *try* to burn it off at the gym after exams.

you can easily eat healthily and get your work done.... just make sure you don't snack on unhealthy food. If you're hungry whilst revising then you should eat fruit e.g. raisins, strawberries, banana, kiwis for instance and not chocolate bars...

I eat nothing. Only eat healthy foods which all of us should be doing.

no. im a vegetarian, but eat fish and not other meats. I meant it in that way... I dont eat bad things

I'm the one that's jelly, I hate eating healthy but if I don't I have sleeping problems and can't go to the max in the gym so I have no choice really:wink: got into a bad habit recently of drinking quite abit of alcohol at party's as its summer😂 R.I.P healthy body😂😉

A lot of Fruit, Some Meat and Protein Shakes cuz i go to the Gym. A lot of Water (like more than 3 litres a day)
