Well in the email it says "Complete and return the attached..." so I think it may have been an error, going to phone them tomorrow morning

Were they attached to your email? or just the travel policy? for me all I had was the travel policy

Well I'll give them a ring in the afternoon tomorrow then and will keep this forum posted, because we only have until Friday this week to confirm everything including travel, meaning wednesday and thursday to send the forms completed, have them accepted, be emailed the travel info, and book the travel info. Seems that them delaying the forms would be a bit odd.
