I have some direct anecdotal info.

New partners start on about £200k, then as they pay off the partnership loan the amount increases incrementally a year until about £400-500k. Fully fledged partners will range from £500k-1m+, with senior partners ranging from £750k to close to mid 7 figures (reserved more for practice and region heads).
