Postgraduate Loan Application Paper Form Address History

I am filling in a paper form for the postgraduate loan. I am up to "Section 5 Address History" where it asks me to detail the addresses I have lived in for the past 3 years before my degree.

Does this refer to my term-time addresses from my undergraduate course or does it simply want my home address?
