Applying for a job with no retail experience

The only retail experience I have is working in a charity shop for 4 days over a month. I'm thinking of applying to a job in a party/card shop that wants prior retail experience. Will they straight up reject me?

Apply and find out. Every individual with retail experience once had zero experience.
Yes agree with the hezzlington. Everybody started with zero experience. The most they are going to do is reject you so it is always worth a try, and 4 days in a charity shop is better than not having any experience at all.

Just apply to every shop that will accept an your cv.
