Is my school violating my rights?
School denied me from collecting my exam result from January 2016 which I paid for to sit it,they're reason for denying me my result 7 months ago is that I owe an "outstanding balance" for the exam that I did not take this year...Help as I wish to apply to a different sixth form as this school is fishy af.
According to "Terms and policy " that I have just read, from the school's website, there was nothing around this topic.I have searched thoroughly and yet nothing...I guess I should I proceed with legal action.
Maybe a Lawyer could shed some light on their terms of service...
