I find that a lot of time the "nice guy" appears to have no drive in society. It's a shame that arrogance and incivility are often mistaken for ambition. I suppose it's the common thought that you have to use people as your mountain to success.
The "nice guy" tends to seem content with his lifestyle and has no need to progress however the guy that stirs up trouble and causes a raucous obviously needs to be settled.
It's a shame that more people aren't rewarded for being simply gracious humans :frown:
