I developed serious difficulty falling asleep around 4 years ago, and for a couple of years have had difficulty staying asleep too.
In recent days that's been mostly due to terrifying nightmares waking me up every night many times.
I am going to get (yeat another) "psychological assessment" two weeks from now. This is after I first applied for Adult Psychology Services back in February, seeking treatment for depression and insomnia.
