It can be done if you're really tired. I slept for over 12hrs from 2:30am last night to like 3pm this afternoon lmao. I just had the window open and the fan on.

Lmao yeah. My sleeping pattern has these weird cycles - like there are a few weeks where I'll get really good sleep; 8+ hrs and there will be some where I'd be lucky to get 3 or 4hrs.

I'm feeling over the moon. I just had the first proud moment regarding conquering OCD for ages, maybe close to a year even 
It sounds so silly when you don't suffer from it but when you go against what the condition tells you to do, you can't imagine the freedom and pride you feel. Its a type of release you just want to shout from the rooftops
its a small step but at least it's in the right direction
