I want to mock Liverpool, but in this transfer market, it's not actually a bad piece of business.

Not sure where they are going with their purchasing strategy though.

Mane, Firmino, Coutinho, Lallana, Sturridge, Wijnaldum, Origi

All vying for 3 spots? I know you need squad depth, but all of them will be expecting to start.

Tbh we've had a very good window for a team that finished 8th last season and has no Europe.

Karius - 4.7m
Matip - free
Klavan - 4.2m
Grujic - 5.1m
Wijnaldum - 25m
Mané - 34m

Obviously the latter pair are the big buys but when you consider that we're selling players like Ibe for 15m, is it that bad really?

No idea on our set-up next season in midfield though.
Coutinho, Firmino and Mané will be starters, but then you only have 2 spots left for Milner, Grujic, Can, Henderson and Wijnaldum who all would hope to be starters...
Benteke, Allen and Ibe sales will pay for Mane and Wijnaldum purchases.
