How to deal with my younger brother

Wasn't there a similar thread like this not so long ago? Regardless, you shouldn't stand for this harassment and abuse. Talk to your parents (forcefully if you must) as they should help you particularly if you feel that it is beginning to have negative effects on you.(and if the events seem to become more violent)
