they go up 1 line
that is roughly 1cm, but i'd say its really about 0.95 cm :holmes: depending on how cheap ur paper is (mine is cheap and is about 0.945cm)
SO 1 line compromise
1 line to the middle
where lines meet 1 line inwards

My paper must be very cheap...it was actually 0.8cm but that was close.
It seemed like you did a lot of difficult calculations there. Tbh I think your suggestions are better than the answer :erm:

How far up the line (don't use numbers for this)?
