Syrian children hold Pokemon pics in hopes the world will find and save them.

Here's the article.

At least their computers are intact.
I would rather have a charizard
Another appeal to emotion.

This resonates with the pictures and paintings of that poor and innocent child/baby that drowned and washed up on the beach.

I feel sad.

Idk I don't like stuff like this. We know there is a war going on, and there's suffering going on, and there's ****ing children dying. Them holding up Pokemon is just annoying, as insensitive as it sounds. They're jumping on the hype train of Pokemon to get attention. That said, their cause does need attention, I just don't think this is the right way about it.

SubhanAllah heart breaking :frown:

Some of these comments are so heartless.

May Allah alleviate their suffering and shower them with His mercy.

Its always gonna be like this. When there is a weird trend they are always gonna make us feel guily by showing us syria? But seriously! What can i do? Give charity? I do that? Sponsor an orphan? Easy. But i cant fix there problems. I have no power.

Politicians have power

Yeah, there's not much someone <25 can do to help any of them other than what you've already said, that and maybe share their cause on social media etc...

I know :frown:
Appeal to emotion over common sense. If they presented common sense arguments to let them in they would convince a lot more people.
