Well if I can speak English and Urdu (being more fluent in English) I can make myself think in Urdu but naturally I'd start thinking in English again. If I'm talking to someone in Urdu then thats different.
I'm nowhere near fluent in Japanese but I do think in it sometimes.

Just English.

So you can choose between thinking in English and thinking in Arabic?
I tend to think in both English and Urdu, sometimes rarely in Arabic too

English and Urdu I've known since I was very young, can't remember when I learnt them. Arabic I started learning (and am still learning) a couple of years ago.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and yes, I can think in both languages.

Is that one language at a time, right?

So you are either thinking in Spanish or thinking in English, right?
Can you think in Spanish?
What languages can you think in?
