C3 Functions help [Edexcel Maths]

I've mapped f(x) but I don't know how to map x^2 + 9, x > 4 for g(x)

Help is appreciated, thanks.

They're the exact same to graph. Now g is not a function as it is not defined for all values of x, but f is, so f is a function.

Could you explain why g(x) is not a function in more detail, I still don't quite get it.

A function must be defined for all values of x. However g is not defined at x=4 so it is not a function.
