A level / uni

i have done my a levels (year 12)
i want to do economics and finance in University- preferably in one of the top universities.
The a level subjects i have chosen are;
maths
economics
psychology
business

i am planning on dropping psychology- will business be frowned upon considering that it is seen as a 'soft' subject?
will this ruin my chances of getting into a top university?
Not really, uni's shouldn't see it as a "soft" subject however most economics are highly mathematical (statistics wise) so you could do AS Further Maths which could help boost your application.

Otherwise, I would agree with your choice and find business to be more important than Psychology, especially in an Economics degree.

Hi, I was also thinking of fm - but I thought it will be too time consuming as I will need to focus on the rest of my a2 subjects to ensure I get the best grade.
I was thinking of doing one year of fm only
