Sending the results if you're not from the UK

I'm from Romania and I got my results last month, how do I send them to the university? I sent a translation of my diploma along with the original scan to the admissions e-mail address but I'm not sure if that's right. Is there some other place where I should send my results or am I already fine? I'm pretty confused about this.
Email or ring them and ask if they've received what you sent and if you need to do anything else.

It seems that I actually received a confirmation from the admissions dept. that I somehow missed, my bad.
I think it's alright now, sorry for the trouble.
