Unable to attend EE induction days

Hi guys, so basically im on the last stage of the ee recruitment stage (face to face interview) and on the stage before this i was asked if i was available to go away from home to attend the 5 day induction programme for the job and i accepted however i realised i may not be able to do this as i have a planned holiday ahead. Does anyone know wether this would affect me getting the job or what they do if you are unable to attend? I would appreciate answers from other jobs too and not just ee, Thank you!
Would you employ someone who went on holiday during the induction period?

Well its been an extremely long process and theyve seemed to be really impressed with me so far, the holiday was planned a while ago and theyve not mentioned the date of the induction yet but i just feel it may fall the same time as the holiday as its coming closer to the end of the recruitment process so its a pretty tricky position, just wanted to know what to expect from this

Its a bit silly to arrange a holiday when you know you will have job interviews. Get your priorities right.
