It's instinct. One of our only reasons for existance is to reproduce. Literally every animal knows how to have sex without actually 'learning'.
Lol I know what you mean op. Like everyone knows how sex is done but how do people know 'how' to have sex. I guess it takes practice, I don't think anybody would be perfect their first time.
