No, it's tedious, it was only speculation anyway. You've never gotten a single thing wrong, smart-arse?

Oh, and the Hitler's Treasurer stuff is true, there are also some choice quotes from Monet, the founder of the EU, about the successive deceptions of the people to achieve further union.

Keep up with the conspiracies.

Given the way that the French presidential system works i suspect that though she will win a plurality in the first round, she'll lose to Sarkozy pretty comfortably.

:0 Did I miss something? Didn't the guy leave politics when Hollande beat him?

He's running again i believe. The UMP decide their candidate in November and it seems to be between him and another guy.

Islam's link to terror is a conspiracy for people on your part of the political spectrum.

Unlike many 'liberals'(those inverted commas cannot be emphasized enough) , I use facts not smears and propaganda.

“Europe’s nations should be guided towards the superstate without their people understanding what is happening. This can be accomplished by successive steps, each disguised as having an economic purpose but which will irreversibly lead to federation.”

From the founder of the EU, Jean Monet, no less.

1) Not a single poll suggests that Hollande will beat Sarkozy into second,

2) Not a single poll suggests Le Pen will anywhere near 40% in the first round.

1) It's still months from the election and Hollande's approval ratings have slowly began to increase.

2) It's still months from the election and Le Pen has been rising comfortably since the start of this year.

Not really the politics of it, just your blind hatred for the EU is amusing. Just becayse somepne posts an article on their webiste doesnt make it true. You keep up with your specialist wesbsites or they will go out of business.

Why have you brought Islam into it? Are they to blame for the UK losing HK as well as the EU?

Good article about France, on the internationalist neoliberals and the regressive left.

I lived in Paris for a year [back in 1987] and I still keep in touch with the Australian wife and French husband who I was living with. He is an inventor; he invented some version of Surround Sound . If you go on Wikipedia and type in 5:1 Surround Sound and scroll down the page it will name him. It says Dominique Bertrand invented a version of 5:1 Surround Sound for the Moulin Rouge's new sound system. [I was a professional dancer there.] Anyway, he has had lots of patents over the years and they have made him plenty of money. And I mean plenty . He spends roughly 300 thousand Euros a year on flights alone between Paris and Perth ,where his grown up children live. He is a highly intelligent, very rational man. I was having a long chat with him on Skype . He messaged me on Facebook the day after the Referendum, congratulating me [He knew my position already] on the result. He told me he is sick to death of the interfering EU. He hates it and he was so jealous that we in the UK had a Referendum and he hopes France will get one one day too. He said he doesn't have one single friend, either as a friend or a business colleague who still thinks it's a great idea having an EU. Obviously, this is just one man's opinion. A lot of his attitude was because of the migrants. He told me the French are thoroughly sick of them.

I've given you a direct quote. And articles with evidence. And If you acknowledge it doesn't have top be true from one side, why not the other? You keep up with your mainstream media consumption, do you have any idea how limited the spectrum is if you just consume BBC and Chanel 4 coverage? That's a vessel fro the group think of the 'liberals' who think they have killed all debate, only internationalism, and open border cultural marxism now, we have nothing to defend, the argument is won, and muslims, including the most extreme sects, will all want liberal policies and to live with other faiths won't they? Everyone's culture will be respected-apart from the people who wish to defend European culture who will be hated and constantly attacked as the 'extreme right', 'fascists', 'islamophobes' not that islamofascism is a threat of course. The 'progressive liberals' should really be ashamed for making the debate framed in these terms, I thought they didn't like Britain very much, but if 'little England' displeases them so, I held out the hope they might think something of European culture and wish to preserve it. Apparently not, it's all something of a joke for these oh so concerned, sincere liberals as per usual.

You're biased. Once again, no counter argument, just abuse. You call me a liar, and then I give you direct quotes. Are you muslim? Or just an open border supporter? Your side generally doesn't have much to say about civilisational suicide other than random insults and lies.

Once more, it seems the political and media class is telling people they ought to, and do think, something other than their true thoughts. Once you get belief cascade it will be great, the French may just get to vote out, and preserve their great culture and nation.

So do you have a single thought to offer this thread, other than smug self congratulation, insults and the refusal to engage in a proper debate? What do you believe in?

I read that, your life sounds glamorous. I'm planning on living there myself, clearly not like that guy..but I bloody love Paris. I'll love it more if it gets back it's Frenchness, and preserves itself. Is there the patriotic will to do it?

It is such a beautiful city. Expensive though, of course, like any other capital. [But no where near as expensive as Tokyo]. I've always said I'd love to go back for a few days. But that has changed over the last 18 months or so. Now I don't want to go anywhere. I live in a small village in Ireland and it's safe here. I always wanted my 19 year old son to see a bit of the world like I have, but that has changed as well. I told him, after Nice, that I don't really want him going anywhere outside Ireland. Certainly not any where in Europe.I know and understand you can't live your life in fear and being sheltered. But tbh, I would rather do that than risk getting flattened by a truck.

Interesting. I just love the place, in a way I never could with London. I get that feel every time I've been there, only of course I haven't been since all this stuff. It's special.
